Ferroli believes in the value of dialogue between academia and business. For this reason, they were guests of the University of Verona on November 5th, along with the HR team, as part of the Corporate Strategy and Policy course for the Master’s Degree in Management and Business Strategy, taught by Professor Andrea Beretta Zanoni.
During the meeting, Michele Conchetto, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Ferroli, presented the Ferroli 2024–2029 Strategic Plan, emphasizing that in the current environment, strategy can no longer be seen as a static document, but must be reviewed daily in line with market developments and the competitive environment.
During this opportunity for discussion, the students offered insights and thoughtful questions, contributing to a genuine synergy between academic theory and business reality.
The meeting was also attended by Professor Silvia Vernizzi, Associate Professor of Business Economics at the University of Verona, Vittoria Pellizzaro, and Michela Peripoli, HR Business Partner at Ferroli.
