The Ferroli Inspiring Corporate Academy’s middle management program concluded December 5th with its final training day at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management campus in Milan.
The session was opened by Antonio Recinella, Group CEO of Ferroli, who shared the company’s strategy, delving into its Vision and Mission.
Tommaso Buganza, Scientific Director of the Academy, followed by a group discussion on the values identified by the Management Team to support the strategy.
This program strengthened skills, a shared vision, and leadership capabilities: an important step in the growth of people and the entire organization.
