For the next post in this series on the jobs at SUNTEC INDUSTRIES France, we’ll be focusing on Yoann LE GAC, a methods and industrialization technician.
How long have you been working at Suntec?
I’ve been working at Suntec since July 1, 2023.
Can you describe your job in one sentence?
As a Methods and Industrialization Technician, I bridge the gap between the products designed by our R&D department and production.
What do you like most about your job?
The diversity of projects and continuous improvement. I get to work on a variety of topics, from feasibility studies to programming machining centers, including the design and manufacturing of workstations and robotics. The new technologies available on the industrial market and the investments made by Suntec make my work all the more interesting.
If you were an object, what would you be?
A table. It symbolizes hospitality, sharing, and conviviality. It’s where people gather to talk, eat, or spend time together. I believe that teamwork and mutual support are essential for success in our profession: coming together around a table allows us to share small ideas to achieve big goals. 💡
