Intercal Wärmetechnik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Germany, has spent decades building a reputation for reliable, standards-compliant burners used across European heating systems. We now stock and ship their complete program.
Oil burners — four models, 12 kW to 740 kW
Four oil burner models cover everything from compact units for single-family homes up to high-capacity burners for commercial and industrial boilers. The range includes a blue flame oil burner option, delivering cleaner combustion and lower emissions for installations where efficiency and environmental performance matter most. Yellow flame models — like the SLV 100 B pictured — remain the workhorse choice for the majority of standard heating replacements.
Gas burners — four models, 15 kW to 715 kW
A matching gas burner program covers the same scale of installation, from small residential heating systems to large commercial plants. Four models, designed to drop into existing installations with minimum fuss.
Premium Danfoss and Siemens components, as standard
Every Intercal burner is fitted with components from two of the most trusted names in the heating industry:
- Danfoss — pumps, nozzles, oil controls
- Siemens — combustion controls and ignition
This matters in practice. Spare parts are widely available across Europe, service technicians already know what they are working with, and reliability is engineered in from the first day of operation rather than bolted on afterwards.
Built as a standardised replacement
Intercal burners are designed as standardised replacement parts for heating boilers built to DIN 4702, DIN EN 303 and DIN EN 15034 — which makes them a natural fit when retrofitting or replacing a burner in a wide range of existing systems. German engineering combined with proven Danfoss and Siemens components keeps installation predictable, servicing straightforward, and parts logistics simple.
