Before you send the RFQ
Where do you deliver?
Worldwide — to the ship’s agent, the port, the shipyard or the vessel itself. Parts are stocked in Denmark and with our EU partners, and shipments to a vessel abroad are marked and documented as ship’s spares in transit.
What should my RFQ include?
Make, type and serial number from the nameplate; the part number from the manual or an IMPA code; a photo of the part if the number is unknown; vessel name and IMO number; delivery port and ETA; and quantities.
How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, with a quote matched to the nameplate. If a part has to be confirmed with the maker, our first reply says so and gives the expected answer date.
Genuine or compatible parts?
For the brands we distribute you get genuine parts. For some equipment — Kangrim boilers, for example — we offer parts suitable for the installation. The quote always states which.
Can ship’s spares be invoiced without VAT?
Supplies to vessels in international traffic are normally invoiced without Danish VAT. Include the vessel name and IMO number with your order.
Can I reach you other than by email?
